Delivery times:

All digital products will be instantly available and will be provided to you in less that 10 minutes via a personalized link or instant download. 

Shipping restrictions:

At this time, all digital products are free from shipping restrictions because they are delivered digitally.  However, you must make sure that you have a valid email address to receive the digital products that you purchase. 

Missing or loss digital products:

If you have not received your personalized link or instant download within 10 minutes after you complete the purchasing process, please make sure you check your junk or spam folders to ensure it is not there. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us immediately on our contact us page so that we can troubleshoot the problem.
