Hey, I'm Sheena and I want to start by telling you something I wish someone had told me sooner:

You have not drifted too far. God is still right there and coming back does not require an explanation.

I am a Christian, a wife, a mom of two, and a business owner. My days are full, my to-do list is long, and if I'm being completely honest, there have been seasons where my Bible sat closed for longer than I'd like to admit.

Not because I stopped believing. Not because I stopped loving God. But because life happened. Kids happened. Work happened. Exhaustion happened. And somewhere in the middle of it all, I found myself feeling distant from the One I needed most — and feeling guilty about it on top of everything else.

But here is what I kept coming back to: God never moved. His love never stopped. And His mercies were new every single morning, even on the mornings I barely noticed.

Abiding with Intent was born from that truth.

I created this space for women like me — women juggling everything who sometimes drop the most important thing. Women who feel the pull back to God but don't know where to start. Women who need someone to say, without an ounce of judgment, come back. You are welcome here.

With a background in education, instructional design, and creative design, I bring together my love for teaching, writing, and creating to build content and resources that are simple, honest, and rooted in Scripture. I am also active in my church's marriage ministry and live in Florida with my family — my husband and our two sons, who are also part of the heart behind this brand.

My prayer for Abiding with Intent is simple: that every woman who finds this space leaves feeling a little closer to God than when she arrived. No condemnation. No pressure. Just grace, truth, and the steady reminder that abiding isn't about getting it right, it's about choosing, again and again, to stay.
